Shawn Janes, P.Eng., RHI - Lead Inspector

Shawn is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) with home inspection training from the Humber College Home Inspection Certification program. Shawn is also a licensed professional engineer with over 10 years experience in the field of mechanical engineering.

For Shawn, homes are also a hobby. In his spare time, Shawn can often be found around his home, or the homes of his friends and family, building, fixing and assessing problems. Shawn has completed home improvement projects that include framing and structure, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and many other areas. Shawn doesn't just inspect homes, he understands them inside and out, and he will bring that knowledge and experience to you on your inspection.
